Nasty text and email
She never contacted me and instead of sending it to me she sent it to one of her friends. Even though i paid for it she sent my package to someone elses.
What the *** i don't understand if i pay for something i should get it. If she wants to talk about fraud and scammers then she should look in a mirror. If i buy something i expect to get my product no matter what. I don't want someone else getting my product.
And the fact that i never recieved my product is a bunch of *** . I spent a *** load of money on shay beauty club and i never recieved my package and i never recieved a refund i would like to know why and what right she has to send my box of product to someone else.
Shaybeautyclub has taken my hard earned money of $293.00 and she decided to not send my package instead she is refusing to replay to my emails that i have sent her. I started with just one thinking that as a professional she would replay but then after she didn't I had to send her another email with the same thing that the first email said along with pictures of the payment and the receipt from paypal.
Today I sent her a third email giving her one last chance to replay to my emails this is unprofessional and she is letting anger get the best of her rather than keeping her shop as professional as possible. She has chosen to be unprofessional and hold a grudge and keep my money rather than just sending my package or giving my money back. This is fraud and I have given her more than one chance to contact me.
I HAVE GIVEN HER THREE CHANCES NOW AND SHE IS JUST IGNORING MY EMAILS ABD BEING A BIG BABY RATHER THAN BEING PROFESSIONAL! THIS IS HER LAST CHANCE BECAUSE SHE IS REALLY STARTING TO *** ME OFF.
Preferred solution: Just want to let people know dont want a refund want nothing to do with them
